This is my go-to spot in town for fresh raw oysters; most are harvested nearby at the Barnstable oyster farm.

Loyal diners have been patronizing this sophisticated bistro since 2006. The chef serves fresh, well-prepared raw-bar selections in addition to entrées such as filet mignon, pan-seared scallops and cedar-plank salmon.
