Pros: Spacious room; friendly front desk staff. Good access to pool and gym.
Cons: Desk staff wore no uniform; looked too casual. No pool towels at 9:30pm; some bits of stuff floating in the pool (9:30pm). Big stains on carpet in room, bed skirt rumpled and askew; blankets tattered at the corners; hot water in shower VERY slow to start (had to run it for 5 minutes). A single kitchen staff (cook?) on a very busy Sunday morning, and the man was very flustered and unprofessional. Too few chairs & tables in lobby/dining area to accommodate breakfast diners. Some families, mine included, went to sit outside, which had not been wiped down.

Pros: Michael at the front desk was so helpful and kind! Comfortable bed- nice suite. Good location. Nice pool area and fire pit on the patio.
Cons: Hot tub was nice but a little too hot for comfort. More help needed for Sunday breakfast-one staff member trying to keep up with stocking everything.

Pros: The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, good variety of choices.
Cons: The tiles around the pool at water level were not cleaned regularly, skimmer basket was floating in the intake, letting bugs into the water. The pool sides also need to be brushed down. There was no place to rinse off before entering/exiting the pool.

Pros: Loved the location as we had a private function at lost valley ski resort; liked the breakfast, pool/ jacuzzi and of course the staff- also close proximity to several restaurants
Cons: The first thing that i noticed when i entered room 130 - the bad smell - smell was akin to food that has been rotting in a garbage disposer; the condition of the fold-out bed was poor; the tv set in the parlor area - words at bottom of screen were half visible; also we were watching an interview show- a tall actress' head was cut off - weird, never seen anything like rhat before
