AAA Editor Notes
Old Fort Western, 16 Cony St., is said to be America's oldest surviving wooden garrison. Costumed interpreters guide visitors through the fort's military, storekeeping and residential past spanning the years 1628-1922.

$10; $8 (ages 55+ and military veterans with ID); $6 (ages 6-14); free (ages 0-5 and active military with ID); $25 (family).
Hours
Mon. and Wed.-Fri. 10-4, Sat.-Sun. 11-4, Memorial Day-Labor Day; Sat.-Sun. 11-4, day after Labor Day-Columbus Day. Last tour begins 30 minutes before closing. Allow 1 hour minimum.
