Upscale contemporary American cuisine shows an emphasis on seafood. The harborside restaurant offers dishes that are made to order; fresh, locally grown ingredients are used whenever possible. Creative seasonal offerings may include seared ginger crusted scallops, herb crusted rack of lamb, Little Neck clam chowder and lobster strudel. The presentation and coloring of an edible flower coordinated beautifully in a pan-roasted halibut with toasted fregola, garden peas and charred tomatoes.
