AAA Editor Notes
Olson House, 384 Hathorne Point Rd., is a late-1700s saltwater farmhouse best known for its depiction in Andrew Wyeth's painting “Christina's World,” completed on the property in 1948. Guided tours take visitors around the home to see where Wyeth worked and stayed for many summers. Some of Wyeth's completed works are now housed in the Farnsworth Art Museum and the Wyeth Center in Rockland.
