Creative offerings here reflect Mediterranean and Italian influences. The menu may include foie gras two ways: seared on toasted brioche with bruléed plums and ginger-shallot confit torchon or with wood-roasted oysters, malfatti alla Bolognese with grass-fed beef and veal ragu, and ash-spiced venison loin. The seasonal and changing menu uses ingredients from their own sustainable farm. Everything, including delicious breads, is made in-house.
