Waldoboro Historical Society Museum, .5 mi. s. on SR 220, comprises three buildings: the 19th-century Boggs Schoolhouse, the Hauck/Bailey Building and The Barn. The Hauck/Bailey Building contains a military exhibit and antique fire engines as well as heirloom quilts, hooked rugs and textiles. The Barn features a 19th-century farm kitchen, a furnished Victorian bedroom and a country store as well as children's toys, medical and farming equipment and baseball memorabilia. The town's 1800s-era shelter for stray farm animals also is on the property.
