Brandon General Museum & Archives, 19 9th St., houses three main exhibits relating to Brandon's history. The B.J. Hales Collection displays some 800 native bird and animal specimens. The Brandon Gallery explores such historical topics as agriculture, 1900s businesses, entertainment, fashion, the school division and transportation. The Model Railway Club displays three model train layouts: O, H.O. and N scales. Also featured is the history of local train depots and the Prince Edward Hotel. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
