Hecla Fish Station

Hecla Fish Station, at Hecla/Grindstone Provincial Park, is in an old icehouse, or “fish station.” The site provides a look at the commercial fishing industry of Lake Winnipeg through artifacts, wall plaques and a small museum. During June and September visitors may view fishermen bringing in the day's catch.
