Winnipeg Trolley Company departs from The Forks Market, 1 Forks Market Rd. Guides aboard the orange and cream trolleys share stories including why the River City was once called the wickedest city in Canada, the local hockey team that became the first world Olympic champions and Winnipeg’s connection to the famous spy, James Bond.

More than 85 sites along the Heart of a Nation City Tour include the Exchange District National Historic Site where you’ll learn about corruption and heroes and see the largest intact collection of turn-of-the-century commercial architecture in North America; The Forks, a gathering place for more than 6,000 years and a great place for shopping, dining and entertainment; and St. Boniface, Winnipeg’s historic French district and the final resting place of Louis Riel, the Métis leader and founder of Manitoba.
