Pros: Water slides, breakfast, comfortable beds
Cons: Spiders and fruit flies in our room. So gross ! We Did not really feel welcome there. A lot of "rules", etc., other guests felt same way about these 'rules'. Room was small/tight.

Pros: Excellent, clean quiet, modern & up to date. Better then a lot of 3 + star hotels I have stayed in. Free hot breakfast(waffles,eggs, sausage), friendly staff, comfortable clean room, ect. Will definitely be staying here again.

Cons: Parking is challenging. Oddly configured lot and a lot if guests who apparently can't see the painted lines that delineate parking spaces.

Pros: The staff on check-in were excellent and courteous. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast selection, the free internet and spacious parking were great. This hotel is very well placed to access all of the sights and shopping.

Pros: The hotel had a good location and was easy to find. It was clean and well maintained. There was free wifi and a complimentary breakfast. There was adequate parking. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The staff rere friendly amd helpful.

Pros: The breakfast area was actually pretty clean and the staff there were very courteous.
Cons: Hallway carpet was shampood on day 1 of my 3 day stay at the hotel. Even though they had fans on (Like the ones you'd use after a basement flood), the whole place smelled like wet dog. The hotel was apparently fully booked and wasn't able to change my room.

Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had excellent variety and was very good. Soup was available in the late afternoon when we checked in - I thought that was a very nice feature of the stay
Cons: I chose to book at this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, which I needed. Upon check in, the front desk clerk stated that 'as a rule, 48 hours notice was needed for the airport shuttle service'. I stated that I had written this in the special request when booking the room. She then said that she would check and see if there was a driver for the shuttle for the next day. When she came back to the counter she stated 'be down in the lobby and ready to go at 10AM'. From there she did not direct us to the elevator, or explain anything else about the hotel. The next morning, I got a call in my room to confirm the airport shuttle time for 9AM, I said that I had requested the shuttle for 10AM. I went down to the front counter to double check the time and a different front desk clerk told me that the time was just entered into a wrong column and it was not problem to have the shuttle for 10AM
The check in clerk was the only rude person that we experienced at the hotel. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I did get my transportation to the airport at 10AM and the shuttle driver was very pleasant!!
