Pros: Location was good.
Cons: I booked a KING room which is supposed to have a KING bed. I was in room 104. When I got into the room it was very obvious that it was Queen bed. In fact, the room was setup for 2 Queens, but in the place of the second Queen they had put some tables and chairs to fill the space. I called the front desk and was very rudely told "that's a standard king bed." I replied with "no it's not, please come measure it. It's a queen." I was again told it was a standard king bed and I could not change rooms. Then hung up on. I don't have time to argue or call management, as I'm there on business. I went about my work on the pitiful desk (small Ikea) table that was in the room. It was very uncomfortable to use and work on. I come to Winnipeg on a regular basis (about every 3 weeks) and I won't be staying at this hotel again. There are plenty of other choices in Winnipeg. The only reason I gave it a chance was because of the location. Serves me right. Lost customer.
