Pros: Being so close to the hospital was great. A taxi stand outside was very convenient ....especially on frosty mornings!it seems
Cons: It seems unfair to charge the extra nightly city / travel tax for persons staying for medical reasons. The management should be able to exclude this tax on a bill.
It might take a bit of extra paper work but exclusions should be possible.

Pros: the one facilities person who tried to helpme was friendly and did his best to help me. i used to be greeted in a more friendly manner in the past when i booked and stayed at this location.
Cons: the price was far to high for the location and quality of room, despite it being Greycup sunday. the room i was given at first , did not have a working TV and so i had to 'move' rooms after i unpacked ....i did not find the room overly clean, it was Ok... but not great.

The room was very comfortable - loved the new bathroom.
Cons: One night the people in the room next to us were very "rambunctious" until about 1:15 in the morning. They had more fun than my daughter and I had.

Pros: The location was in a great area and plenty of guests parking.
Cons: Really didn't like the location of fan-A/C its in a terrible spot. Not sure if all rooms are like that, but ours had it up on the wall pointing towards the head of the beds.
One needed to keep it on all night for air circulation but it blows right on you as you sleep. Both husband and I actually got sick.
Also, our room had no bar fridge nor microwave, when one travel nowadays, these are expected to be in the room.

Pros: Stayed here while we were waiting for our newborn to be discharged from St Boniface hospital and since we were brought in via life flight the location was perfect as we could walk to the hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was delicious and we left full. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Cons: For the price of the rooms we would have liked to see a refrigerator in the rooms. Premium tv should be provided as it's frustrating trying to find a channel that they actually get.

Pros: That they accommodated me with a fridge at no charge and room service was excellent and they were very understanding when I was thirty min late for my check out they did not penalize me for more money great place would stay over again and I recommended the hotel to all I talked to :-)

Cons: i didnt like that you had to put a $250 deposit because i was paying cash.
The fact that in the in the room cost $170 and all i got was 2 double beds.
Paying that much for a 3 star hotel was not worth it!!!
