Cons: Had to wait a good 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk to help me. There was no one there!
Had hoped that breakfast was included. Had previously stayed at a hotel in North Carolina that wasn't near as impressive and spacious as the Courtyard. However for $55 a night it included a continental breakfast.
Pros: Food, service, room..,. Awesome!
Pros: Great property and good value for the price. Staff was exemplary. Room quite comfy. Food and drinks available. Free wi-fi worked well w/o the upsale upgrade. Fitness and pool facilities. Easy access location if not very scenic.
Cons: Room could have been cleaner, but I'm being picky. A bit of dust and dirt here and there. I hate free wi-fi with paid upgrades, but the free Internet was acceptably fast here. Food and drink prices are high, but convenient to have. I wish "restaurant" hours were longer, but store "bistro" available 24/7.
Pros: staff was friendly at desk rooms were very nice
Cons: the bar and restaurant hours were terrible...aafter a long journey it would have been nice to have a glass of wine and although the bartender was still there he would not serve as it was time to go...just wanted one glass and would have tipped well but the customer was secondary not a priority
Pros: Beds were comfortable and the rooms were set up very nicely.
Cons: The location is a little bit hard to get to.
Pros: Beautiful deor, very clean and new. The bedding is gorgeous and comfortable.
Cons: Front desk staff was not that friendly. I went to the main desk and had to move over with all my stuff.
family with young children
Pros: Space of the room
Cons: Prices of the cafe
Cons: Wish they had free coffee in the lobby had to pay $5.50 after spending $150.00 for the room.
Pros: Cleanliness. Good staff and attitude.
Cons: Told front desk of issues with the TV and the refrigerator but since I pre-paid on line they couldn't offer me anything off my room rate. Did offer breakfast but we had to leave when we did.

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it was small....there was not much to do. This is not really a family or couples hotel. It's OK for business or if you are stopping off on the way to the airport. But they do not have an airport shuttle.
Cons: The location is very isolated on the edge of an industrial park. The hotel does not have a shuttle service. My room had a view of the dumpsters!
Pros: Easy to book & location
Pros: The room looks really nice, and big enough for a couple traveler.
Cons: The stuff didn't tell us the way to our room, there was a black out for about 5 hours, and the bar was not open for lunch.
