Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture is at 830 E. Pratt St. at jct. President St. The museum, the East Coast's largest African-American museum, tells the stories of ordinary and extraordinary African-American heroes in Maryland through its extensive permanent collection, educational programs and special exhibitions. Visitors learn about people who lived courageous lives and left a legacy of resilience and determination. The Lewis Now gallery displays rotating works by local artists.
