Pros: Everything was spot on - cleanliness of hotel, decor, courteous staff and morning breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more.
Cons: Water in swimming pool was a touch colder than it should have been. Informed hotel staff, and they tried to fix it, but weren't successful
Pros: Entire staff including valet and doorman were friendly and professional. Rooms and lobby were clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that the coffee bar was by the front desk and not in the restaurant area. It was inconvenient to get your food, sit down, and then have to get up and walk up to the lobby area for a cup of coffee. That's all!
Pros: The front desk staff was great and accommodating. They were very friendly and made sure we felt welcome.
Cons: The manager, is a dishonest person that overcharged my credit card without my consent. While confronted, she denied giving me my additional charges back, resulting in talking to the corporate office.
Pros: Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Stained carpet, towel was laying inside of the bathtub and bed spread was not folded nicely when we arrived, no USB outlets, a light fixture was not working, several outlets did not work, no healthy breakfast options.
Pros: The hotel is well within walking distance of all attractions at the Inner Harbor; staff very friendly; simple breakfast available; coffee & tea 24/7 in the lobby; indoor pool.
Cons: No available parking at the hotel itself, you have to use the valet parking or find a parking garage on your own; no hot tub (was aware of that when booking the hotel).
