Pros: The receptionist were really helpful and kind. The room temperature was also very easy to adjust and the bathrooms were amazing as far as cleanliness and layout.
Cons: Parking is very difficult especially if you go during a weekend. The location is also very tricky because it's in the cut & if you're a local Baltimorean like myself you know that the streets in downtown Baltimore are difficult to navigate especially if you miss your turn. So that let me to drive around in a circle a few times. But aside from the location I didn't like how the bathrooms didn't provide toothpaste.

Pros: Front desk staff and breakfast staff were excellent. We had some problems with the valet parking: 1. Too expensive 2. One night we returned our car to the front of the hotel and gave our keys to the attendant. The next morning our car was still where we had left. (when we complained, they didn't charge us for 'valet parking' for that night.) 3. One night we requested our car from valet parking at 5:15 pm. When we came down from our room at 5:30, it hadn't arrived. Since we had a 6pm dinner reservation and planned to drive there, I asked the desk to check on it. They said "it would be here shortly." It didn't arrive until 6 pm. Fortunately, our restaurant was understanding and honored our reservation. We also had a big problem with the in-room heater air condition. The blast of cold air that came out of it periodically made it nearly impossible sleep. Our last night, we turned off the unit and opened the windows, and slept better. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were very lumpy. I wish we had brought our own!
Cons: See comment above: Valet parking, lumpy pillows, very uncomfortable HVAC.

Pros: Easy walk to downtown and Mount Vernon district with cafés and bars, but a quiet location. Room was huge, as was the bed, and both extremely clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff and a good, complimentary breakfast, including cereals, fruit, yogurt, bagels and waffles.
Cons: A minor niggle, but there weren't many 'wholemeal' options at breakfast. There was, however, fresh fruit and dried fruit available every day so that kind of made up for all the white flour products.

Pros: I liked the set up of my room it was very nice site and relaxing. I loved that my hotel was not far from where I was going to that was a plus! My friends came over to get dressed and they also like the room. It was spacious enough for us all . Also loved how there was free parking in the area which made the experience that more better.
Cons: I didnt like that there was only waffles at breakfast. I have been to regular hotels and the breakfast was alot better. I also didn't like that the bed only came with 2 pillows. Other than that it was a good experience.

Pros: The staff was amazing!
Cons: The construction right outside the bedroom was noisy and difficult. The parking and access to the property was difficult at times to manage.
