Pros: This was a fun hotel. Great spaces to meet and work in the lobby. Spacious rooms in a cool design. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is a short walk from everything I needed to do in downtown Baltimore.
Cons: The coffee bar wasn't functioning when I was there.

Fun times
Pros: Breakfast was good and room comfortable and convenient.
Cons: No night light in bathroom, room wasn't ready when we arrived as requested.

Shoddy service , didn't clean...
Pros: The room is nice looking and the bed is comfortable.
Cons: The entire experience was ruined by staff that did not clean our room throughly. Not replenishing supplies that are always replaced in a room. Not providing us with adequate towels and toiletries. The staff that are supposed to relay issues to the general manager did not do so. I am still waiting on the GM of the RL to call me. The service was lacking. Don't stay there. Try another hotel.
