Cons: Not a pleasant stay. Staff was very unprofessional. Garbage piled up outside the door. Rooms are old and tired. And this is a "residential hotel." Sketchy people hanging around. Will never stay here again and I do not recommend.
Pros: Very good linens. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Totally different then pictures - we expected more. Would be a higher rating of expectations weren't higher based on images. Entry area smelled funny.
Pros: The sheets were much better than alot of hotels. Didn't feel like sandpaper.
Cons: The little things, shampoo was not in room but you could buy it at the counter. For $115 for one night you can comp me a shampoo.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: No "Do Not Disturb" door signs in the room.
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room size and design was very nice.
Cons: The physical condition of the room needs some work. Closet shelf was broken, Toilet seat was broken, Tub needs caulk around the wall and floor area, counter top is missing it's laminate edging, strong odd odor in room, TV reception kept going out (it was out more than it was on) for the channels I wanted to see (Fox News). I was surprised there was no cleaning service while I was there.
Pros: Friendly staff great breakfast clean rooms I definitely would stay here again
Cons: Need more handicap rooms
Pros: This is the place to stay I location was excellent and very close to the place I was visiting. Comfort and cleanliness is a most for me and my family, we found everything we needed here.
