Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was only a couple blocks from the Metro and across the street from the movies.
Cons: Due to the weather we were forced to stay in and order room service. The food wasn't terrible but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Cons: I was trying to cancel a room service order, was put on hold for 20 (?) minutes and got stuck with the order
Pros: Great service besides the fact that they got my reservation wrong.
Cons: It's nothing special for the price. Got my reservation wrong. Breakfast was gross at best.
Pros: It was comfortable, clean, and the staff was courteous.
Cons: I loved everything!
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although rates for this hotel were consistent over several days, extras such as free breakfast were added shortly before we booked the room. Breakfast was very good and food selection was nice.
Cons: Pool was very cold. Hot tub nice but not very hot.
