Pros: Excellent hotel slightly cheaper for being outside of city but 20min on metro. Pool not open every day which was the only downside. I had a fall outside and the hotel were great supplying a wheelchair etc

Pros: The room was cozy and comfortable.
Cons: First, the hotel is very clean, nice, quiet area, and close to the Metra. Great rooms, breakfast and coffee station. However, the customer service on the phone prior to my trip was unprofessional. We had to call back 4 times in order to try to book a blocked room for our family reunion and he was unable to do so even after the computer malfunction (?). We were told that the blocked rooms were put back into inventory which were before the said contract time. We were forced to pay $30 more per night after customer service could not rectify our group rate. Even after talking with James (Mgr) on site, he was not willing to make amends after my phone issue. They were not compromising to rightfully giving more time (30 mins) for our group to clock out while in the conference room which was overbooked not allowing our group the adequate room and time allotted. I have never had any situations with any Hilton-owned hotels ever until this past weekend.

Cons: Too expensive . Also, for that many people it was the smallest pool that I had ever seen.
