Pros: This hotel is newer & very clean. Loved the location with easy driving access to the Maryland campus as well as Metro subway system to Washington. The hotel was very well kept and the rooms are quiet. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean! Could be a 3-1/2!
Cons: The morning breakfast is not the best unless you like box eggs and "mushy" potatoes. We stuck to the cereal and bananas and were just fine though (Denny's directly across the street). The breakfast area is extremely small as well.

Pros: Convenient location for us as we were going to attend a MD men's basketball game and were able to walk over to the XFinity Center and avoid a parking fee at the garage.
Cons: Yes. The room that we stayed in was great, clean and very nicely furnished. The downside was the heating system vents had cool air coming out on the left side of the heating system and warm on the right side. The system kept coming on and off.
