Pros: The omelette station is a great addition to have for breakfast And the rooms are size great for families. It's close to several attractions, restaurants and malls. Fully stocked kitchen, modern decorations, basketball court, grill and bon fire area very serene and family oriented place. Beware however guest must walk up stairs there's no elevator .
Cons: I didn't like the pet friendly atmosphere. Yes,I too have a boxer but the guest pets are decreasing the value of the hotel. I think that it would be a great idea to have families with pets restricted to specific buildings. There doesn't seem to be any restrictions on the size of dog, but I definitely thing there should be a park or trail to walk the pets. It would also be a nice addition to have a simple small park. Because the place is really great for a family, that you rarely have to leave the property. They even can provide grocery delivery! There's several fecal stains throughout the property where guests have just allowed their pets to sit by the room's door to take care of their business . The pets have chewed through the exterior of the property also.

Pros: Wonderful breakfast with delicious omelettes made to order! Enjoyed our stay there. They had a good gym that was on site making it extremely convenient.
Cons: The temperature was either hot or freezing all between a 1 degree difference.

Pros: The hotel staff was so welcoming and pleasant. They took the extra step to call up to our room about 20 minutes after we checked in just to see if we needed anything and if our room was to up to our expectations. This hotel is great for families - there is a clean pool with a lifeguard on duty and a basketball court that doubled as a soccer area for my kids. The property was quiet and well kept. It is very conveniently located to the Rio at Washingtonian shopping center that we visited for dinner, and then lunch the following day. The breakfast options were great and I especially loved the variety of healthy choices for a filling and protein filled breakfast. We will definitely be staying at this property again!
