Pros: Pretty good room arrangement in the suite we got--two bedrooms each with its own bath. Problem is that those sleeping on the foldout couch in the middle room have no access to bathrooms without going through other people's bedrooms. Desk staff good.
Cons: Loud party going on all night the last night of our stay. Hotel staff were unable or unwilling to quiet this down despite two phone calls. Two hours sleep. Hotel did not refund me for this night.
Cons: Door to my room was broken trapping me in the room. Had to be opened from the outside and had to change rooms
Pros: Location of the hotel and the suite itself was very comfortable.
Cons: Very Loud heating system made sleep difficult for both of us.
