Traveling as Couple
I stayed here for 3 nights and room service only came once to clean the room. They expect you to call them before they come. This is strange as in other hotels its automatic. I was also charged twice for the same stay after I had already paid online I was debited again by the lobby staff. So now I had to wait for 5 days to get my money back as If I don't have things to do. This was a total mess.
Pros: The cleanliness location was really nice
Cons: I stayed here for three nights and room service only came once to click
Pros: Rooms are great. Everything in perfect condition. Would definitely stay here again.
Always stay here for business...
Pros: Starbucks is the only coffee offered (besides in room keurig machine/powder cream pack).
I do not like Starbucks.
Cons: Bathroom was not clean (toilet had not been sanitized and had a very strong urine stench/floor surrounding toilet as well) , Housekeeping Manager came and rectified situation by sending staff to reclean bathroom.
Cons: Door to my room was broken trapping me in the room. Had to be opened from the outside and had to change rooms
Pros: Location of the hotel and the suite itself was very comfortable.
Cons: Very Loud heating system made sleep difficult for both of us.
