This 19th-century stone farmhouse, decorated with horse racing memorabilia, dark-wood paneling and candlelit tables, provides a wonderful setting for a pleasant fine dining experience. The kitchen creates innovative American cuisine with such selections as grilled Colorado lamb chops and pan-fried rockfish. Beef is the house specialty with Prime dry-aged beef grilled to perfection. The staff is professional and attentive. Piano entertainment is offered nightly. Jackets are suggested in the dining room after 5 p.m. Monday though Saturday and after 4 p.m. on Sunday.
