This hotel did not meet their "3 star" rating. I guess it got that rating because it's a partner to W Hotels? There were no room keys available and the staff was visibly irritated by this (as was I). The manager escorted me to my room and made a point to tell me he was there since 7am and I arrived after midnight. I thought it was very unprofessional to complain about his working hours when I was the guest who was inconvenienced by the room key issue. They offered to deliver a room key when they arrived onsite (they said hopefully in a few hours), but that would have been in the middle of the night so I declined. I only stayed here because I had a flight into Baltimore after midnight and didn't want to drive the 3 hours home at that time. Aside from the room key issue, the coffee machine was broken in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel. I would rather stay at a 2 star hotel across the street.
Pros: Location was in close proximity to BWI.
Cons: Paint was damaged in my room. Loud rap music was playing in the lobby upon arrival. The hotel had run out of room keys and they had staff escorting guests to their rooms. If you wanted to leave and come back, you had to wait for someone to let you in.

Pros: Very modern and spacious. Decour was awesome!! The staff was outstanding!!! They were always there for anything we needed. They helped with any questions we had and anything we needed.
Cons: Only two complaints-we were dropped off at a local restaurant and we called for them to pick us up and we waited for 50 mins!! I told the supervisor and he was very apologetic and gave us a voucher for a free wasn't cleaned one day but was after

Pros: Not much..
Cons: poor lighting hate the soap and shampoo in shower. bed is average at best,, closet sucks. lobby is very crowded. When 3 people are talking, there is no room to get takes a Philadelphia lawyer to figure out and how to order any food..

This hotel tries to be hip like the W. Unfortunately it fails.
Pros: It is near the airport
Cons: Very dirty rooms. Rooms are uncomfortable. Hallways were dirty. Staff, though numerous, was very unhelpful.

Staff couldn't have been any better:)
Pros: Close to BWI rooms were very roomy but maids must have missed a section between beds we found trash and something spilled on carpet
Cons: Cleanliness was definitely lacking and was a shame because the design of the room was very nice
