Pros: My daughter, 6, loved her day of ski school - she cried when it was over. The private lessons her brother, 8, took were worth every penny. He is now skiing at a whole new level.
Cons: The heater for the pool was broken when we arrived, but fixed during our stay, but I was sad we missed out when the water was too cold to enjoy. The resort was making snow for much of our 3 days of skiing, and being blasted by snow when you are trying to navigate new slopes in the bitter cold does suck some of the fun out of it. I know that the resort is mid-reno, and I am hoping that they will step up the signage. For us newbies this lack of labeling made things difficult to find. Also, while I am very aware that food is going to be priced at a premium, some of the upcharges were ridiculous. Feeling like a place is trying to extract every dollar from you also detracts from the stay.

Pros: We really liked the resort and surrounding area. The mountain offered many activities not found at other resorts. We rode the mountain coaster and it was a BLAST!
Cons: Our room location was terrible. I wouldn't stay in that room again if it was free. Room 112 was located next to the stairs and a foyer that seem to be a meeting point for other guests. We could hear people all night long on there phones, conversing with one another as they wait and the stairs were loud from skiers boots and and kids playing on the steps. The food was good but overpriced.
