Off the lobby and just beside the indoor pool and café, this intimate, upscale dining room nurtures an island plantation ambience. Caribbean dishes such as mango barbecue ribs, island mahi mahi and coconut shrimp treat diners to the spices of the islands, while chicken Chesapeake, soft-shell crabs and fried Chesapeake oysters capture the flavor of the Eastern Shore. Only Certified Angus beef and certified blue crab go into the restaurant's dishes.
