Pros: Our room was spotlessly clean. Even though we checked in rather late (after 10 PM), we were greeted at the front desk promptly.
Cons: Our room had two large windows. The windows had roll-down room darkening blinds that were operated by remote control. On one of the blinds, the remote control was broken and we were unable to close the blinds. The light from outside was lighting up the entire room. When I called down to the front desk, the clerk sent a repairman up immediately to our room. He was unable to fix the remote controlled blinds as well. We were offered the opportunity to either move to another room or to enjoy a free breakfast in the hotel dining room the next morning. Since the hour was so late, we opted to remain in our room (we had already settled in and unpacked). The gentleman manually closed the blinds and fastened them with a large clip, which took care of some of the light issues. He also dropped off tickets for complimentary breakfasts for the following morning.
