Oxford Museum, 101 S. Morris St., has more than 2,500 artifacts to document the town's cultural and economic history since the 17th century. Included in the artifact collection are boatbuilding tools, china, clothing, documents, furniture, paintings, photographs, pottery and Native American items. A soda fountain adds another element of nostalgia. A small garden also is on the grounds. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
Hours: Mon. and Sat. 10-4, Tues. 11-3, Fri. 10-1, Sun. 1-4, late Apr. to mid-Nov. (also Wed. 10-4, June-Sept.).
