Pros: The breakfast area was not available, the hotel manager at night kept harassing me and my guests.
Cons: The nightly hotel manager he was not nice, called the police because he did not want to see us having fun. Every complaint he had we was fixable, the music, the people smoking cigarettes outside, he just continued to harass.

Pros: The rooms were older and charming and very well kept! The king suite that I rented had a living room type area and then the bedroom area. I had a microwave, refrigerator, sink, plates/dishes if I needed them.
Cons: They were doing some renovations when I were there. Also, the heating unit was a little noisy, but not terribly so.

Pros: The room could not have been cleaner. Absolutely pristine. I was worried because the building is old. It is under renovation but my room had not been renovated. The sink was cracked but it sparkled, anyway.
Cons: I was nervous about having a room where the door opens out onto the sidewalk. But, it was fine.

Pros: Location
Cons: This was a hotel that we always stayed at when in the DC/Maryland area since 2009. We always looked forward to a well-maintained, warm, comfortable room and very positive staff. NOT THIS TIME. Not well maintained and not a friendly staff. The housekeeping staff came by at 11 and was annoyed that we were still in the room...check out is noon.

Pros: Location and access to highways.
Cons: First floor room offers little prrivacy, drapes must be pulled to be sure. Pet owners walk their dogs on the limited grass area leaving the smell of pee etc. There are no mats at the entrance to the room. Breakfast is soso.
