Facility is decent & well...
Pros: Nice facility, well maintained
Cons: Some of the staffs were not as accommodating as I expected. Not sure if the hotel is understaffed, but one of the male front desk staffs presented dismissive and rude

It was okay and I...
Pros: It fit my budget for weekend DC trip with my daughter.
Cons: The hotel is not near any restaurants and the in-house food is poor.

Stay Somewhere Else
Pros: I like the decor of the hotel, it was very clean and well lit. The food in the restaurant was delicious
Cons: The front desk clerks was not very friendly. I was placed on a floor when both sides and across the hall were banding on the walls, screaming and running up and down the hall. When I called the front desk, she stated she would send someone. The noise never stopped. When I called downstairs for the 5th time, she said she called and they said it was not their room. I told her to come up to my room and listen but no one ever came. I could not rest until everyone went to be around 2am. I called the front desk the next morning at 8:30am to schedule a taxi for 9:30am. The taxi was not there when I came down also when I inquire I was told the hotel has no control over the taxi service. The taxi finally arrive at 9:55 am only to tell me that they were there to pick up another party. Needless to say I asked the clerk which taxi servise she called. It was the same service however I was told the call was made at 9:35am which was while I was standing in the lobby waiting. Customer Service is an essential element in business

Lets just say I will...
Pros: The rooms were nice in design, very good looking hotel.
Cons: Didn't have a refrigerator no microwave no refunds location is only good if you have a car bathrooms has no fans toilets were hard to flush spider webs room service difficult to get in contact with. Had a lot of hidden fees, they never discussed very pricey with limited amenities over priced rooms elevators not very safe Hotels dinner was overpriced no free breakfast , or cafe.

Quite dissappointing
Pros: Not sure I really liked anything about this hotel apart from the name/brand.
Cons: The rooms have a musty smell. The receptionist were hardly available. I got a more expensive bill than what I booked although this was adjusted when I complained and The elevators are old and squeaky.
