Pros: I did not bring my well behaved clean dog . I was in town for a professional dog training clinic. Your dog friendly policy is the only reason I would patronize RedRoof Inn again I loved the green green surrounding and plantings at this particular facility the squirrels and the birdsong were wonderfully welcome and oh so soothing.
Cons: I work in hospitality .I was only there to sleep late at night but the bedspreads were disgusting . I folded them and left them in a chair. I simply was too tired to deal with it the first night I checked in and never had time. But it was super gross esp with the porno advertisements on the TV . Also I bought spray cleaner to wipe off someone else's handprints from laminate bed board. It was so off putting that I did a bedbug check of sheets. I brought my own blanket and pillow so I just dealt with it... I photographed the bedspread with grease or oil stains all over and there was a dirty washcloth under the bed that housekeeping missed which is not a good sign for thouroughness and a broken shower grab bar leaning next to toilet. The card that said if there are any problems call front desk had cigarette burns on the back . So I always wore shoes and used my sleeve to open & close doors and shut off lights. I never had housekeeping come in during my 5 night stay because they did not set a good example of their work . I did leave a $2 tip as a courtesy usually that's per day at least and I usually keep my sheets because I love this planet. I only need LOTS of extra wash clothes.. most people need two per day per person btw. There were no healthy choices for the complimentary coffee only coffe mate ( read label say no more ) no healthyish choices in vending machine either. A refridgerator would have been very welcome. I did love the washing machine option for long term stays . The TV interface was Dreadfully obnoxious and the radio did not work at all. Just wanted to hear news and weather as I dressed but it was far too complicated. The noise level from adjoining rooms was intimate and woke me every night but it was just people talking ....and one night a tour bus idled loudly at 2:30 in the morning for some time . I called front desk the man who answered was lovely and said he 'd check it .
