Pros: If you're visiting UMass the location is unbeatable. Beds were comfortable, room clean, building and parking garage plus surrounding areas definitely safe.
Cons: The staff was hit or miss, but it's somewhat expected when the hotel staff are students in the college's hospitality program. That didn't my really bother me (everybody has to start somewhere) but the price point did. A "training" hotel should be cheaper

Pros: The location was great and central to the places on the UMass campus I needed to access. The room was well cleaned.

Pros: Staff was exceedingly helpful, went above and beyond.
Cons: Minor design flaws - the need for rubber stoppers in closets so the sliding doors, which moved easily, didn't slam against the opposite side. Corners in the shower to keep water from splashing out and ruining the bathroom door
