Pros: Concierge staff very helpful as was maintenance guy location in Back Bay very good but there are plenty of other hotels in the area. High speed computerised elevator was very efficient
Cons: Poor attitude of front desk staff making check in very slow Booked a King Bed room but was given what appeared to be a meeting room with fold down bed and tiny bathroom. Didn't realise how small the bathroom was until were moved the following night into the room type we had booked. Bed was also a lot better in correct room. Ridiculous to pay $306 a night for a room and have to pay extra for in room wifi access ($12-$15 per day from memory). Alternative was to travel 38 floors down to lobby. Whilst checking emails in lobby witnessed a RAT hunt with bell boy chasing a rat around the furniture and desks before finally clubbing it to death with a broom handle! Not a pleasant sight straight after breakfast. Tried to get a meal in the Sports Bar restaurant late one evening but , after being seated for 20 mins and seeing no server we left.
