If there had not been a special, I would not have paid the rack price for this hotel. It is overpriced for what it offers.
Pros: The staff was extremely nice and wanted to make the stay comfortable.
Cons: The walls are thin as I listened to a crying baby all one night and then one morning I listened to the construction in the area above. As a tourist, I would have preferred to be down by the wharf.

Pros: Great downtown location and views of park. Nice breakfasts.
Cons: Parking very expensive ($45 per night). Boston Common garage nearby at $32/ night. Still expensive. Breakfast very nice but also expensive. This is an expensive hotel!
