Pros: The beds were really large and comfy and the room itself was really large. My little boy loved being able to see aeroplanes right from the bedroom window. The swimming pool is a great facility. The hotel itself was really spacious which is what we needed. We landed late and with a toddler we didn't really want to fuss with trying to get into town.
Cons: It is quite expensive considering the location and breakfast is not included. No fridge in the room.

Pros: Convenience for catching our return flight to Melbourne via LA.
Cons: When asking about WIFI I was told it was free in the Lobby but we had to pay for it in the room (two levels of speed). After logging-on using the faster speed I checked my documents and they confirmed WIFI was free throughout. I complained about this at the front desk and they advised it was a Booking.com website that was in error. They did refund the charge on our our bill and although a trivial amount I felt cheated. The counter staff and wait staff at breakfast were also very off-hand and compared to the level of service we had come to expect over our month in the US we were very surprised and disappointed. I wouldn't stay with Hilton again. We also had issues with the air-con in the room and noise from neighbours bathrooms!

Pros: Room was spotless, with huge bed. Great location for an early flight.
Cons: Very poor value. Should at least provide complimentary bottles of water and dressing gowns.

Pros: The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect for our overnight stay prior to an early morning flight.
Cons: The airport shuttle pick up from the airport took over half an hour to arrive despite being told to expect in 10-15 mins when we phoned. However our early morning shuttle was very quick and very efficient.
