Housed in a historic, renovated jail, the restaurant offers a playful mix of contemporary décor with a bit of nostalgia from the past—many cannot help but peer out of the old jail cell bars. The menu is seasonally driven and focuses on locally grown organic produce and all-natural meats. Like most everything, the desserts are made from scratch. When available try the moist mozzarella burrata salad with local apples, arugula and celery or the dry-aged strip loin with tender braised oxtails.
