AAA Inspector Notes
First and foremost, this is a specialty steakhouse with cuts ranging in size from 10 to 18 ounces and a reputation for desserts. Also on the menu are salmon, lobster, tuna, scallops and sea bass, as well as some combinations. Filet mignon and swordfish are particularly good. Six massive marble columns support the ceiling of the dining room, which is on the original trading floor of the 1923 Salada Tea Building, hence the restaurant's name.
