Legal's flagship restaurant located along the harbor affords waterside views and three tasty dining concepts on three separate floors. Each venue has its own twist on seafood preparation and each is delicious. The first floor offers casual surroundings and serves lunch and dinner with seasonal patio seating. This menu has New England seafood classics such as fried clams, lobster rolls, baked scrod, raw oysters and more. The second floor is their fine dining venue with an interior designed to resemble an ocean liner's dining room, with water views to boot. The menu is more sophisticated with selections that may include salmon gravlax, poached Atlantic halibut, a signature swordfish chop or prime dry-aged sirloin. The third floor is referred to as the roof deck and is a four-season bar with a retractable glass roof and wall. Light fare is served with a focus on sushi, including classic maki rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. Guests will also find Legal's classic lobster roll, clam chowder and raw oysters on the menu. All the fish and shellfish are top notch and often from the local coastal waters.
