The chef uses local purveyors and farmers to create memorable dishes that may involve freshly caught fish, organic chicken, skirt steak and homemade breads. The smartly dressed staff team up to make for a comfortable experience that is neither too leisurely, too rushed nor too stuffy. Saturday and Sunday brunch is served each weekend.
