Jamie Mammano, the owner/chef at this Italian-inspired eatery prepares creative and memorable dishes. While the menu does change, some guest favorites include tuna tartare, local mushrooms with truffle butter served over fettuccine, a classic rib-eye and a flavorful bone-in veal chop. The décor is lovely but the preparations are most memorable.
