AAA Inspector Notes
Where to begin and where to stop? The food is delectable and creative. The tuna poke over mung bean & crispy rice is an excellent starter. Move on to the Mongolian beef, grilled kama, salmon & cucumber handroll, and tuna tartar are tasty options. The nigiri menu is vast, the hirame and ora king salmon are excellent. The menu changes frequently to ensure the freshest of ingredients are used and sharing is encouraged. Your server may recommend ordering three to five dishes per person to share. The servers will steer you in the right direction concerning both food and drink. Their sake menu quite nice.
