Historic. Designated as the oldest continually run restaurant in the country, the oyster house opened its doors in 1826. To this day, it serves fresh seafood and New England favorites. The emphasis is on the lively and historical features within this brick structure. Favorite bites are New England clam chowder, oysters, steamers, and the fried clam roll.
