Pros: Room was very clean.
Cons: We are still trying to unravel a billing mess. The staff has absolutely little experience dealing w/ situations where the party making the reservation is not the guest checking in our out. Person checking us in was really grumpy. Additionally, they need to put incoming calls on hold, not try to make reservations over the phone while trying to service guests at the desk. Breakfast was marginal.

Pros: I like the balcony..pool & hot tub were great!!! Salt pool no chlorine stink..was highlight of my stay..wish I had more pool time..
Cons: TV was a little small..not a comfortable chair to relax in & watch..

Pros: Location close access to cape cod.
Cons: My room was not clean. I sat in the room for about a half hour and saw something on the floor, took a closer look and noticed ants. I started to check other areas of the floor and found more and more ants, the carpet was covered. I was grossed out (obviously) and alerted the front desk right away. The man working told me to talk to the "boss" in the morning. I was offered another room, but after seeing this one I was all set and just wanted my money back for my half hour stay in an ant infested room. I returned my keys right away and returned to the front desk first thing in the morning to talk to the boss. He was extremely rude. I had take a video of the ants and asked to see it I showed him and he said nothing and simply stared at me. Never apologized. Never looked suprised or said anything needed to be done about this. Nothing at all was said to me about this room. The worst hotel service I have ever experienced. And I am not a picky person. I just will not put up with 200+ ants crawling around the carpet. I calmly asked for my money back and explained that I turned my keys in and never used the room. The boss said nothing to me and that he would only give me 10% of the stay back. Explained to him again that I did not use the room and came back here just to talk to him this morning and show him the video and the ants themselves in the room. He continued to argue with me and say it wasn't his problem because I was offered a different room. Again, never apologized for this disgusting sad excuse for a hotel room. This place is awful. Management and cleanliness. Stay somewhere else where they will treat you like a person.
