Pros: The hotel was well kept and staff was very friendly!
Cons: breakfast was not appealing as the items on the line was cold (the red potatoes and the biscuit gravy was lumpy bc it was soo cold)
family with older children
Pros: The friendly and very helpful staff. They made me feel welcome from the first time that I opened the door.
Cons: Not knowing the area I was a bit lost. I came down on the T from Boston and from there I was lost. I know for next time to just call a taxi and my stress level will be so much lower.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast too!
Cons: Only one elevator :(
Pros: Breakfast is still available.
Cons: Had to request toilet paper from housekeeping, and she begrudgingly had us follow her to the supply closet, and gave us some, after questioning us about what happened to the paper that was left in the room.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, and they kept the buffet well stocked. Much better then what I had expected.
Cons: The location of the Inn left a little to be desired. It is kind of out of the way, and is located next to a Volkswagon Dealership, and in a semi-industrial area.
Pros: Staff how clean it was
Cons: The mattress I had a backache from it
Pros: I arrived late and was impressed with Rose who checked me into your Inn
