Cons: we stayed there few times and almost every time one of the elevators is not working.

Pros: The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.
Cons: When my key card did not work, I went back down to the front desk and asked for help. The clerk asked me whether the light on the lock was red or green when I used the key card. I told her that it was flashing red and green up and down quickly. As if she thought I did not hear her question right, she asked again, "Red or Green"? I told her again, "The light flashed up and down red and green." She answered, "It's impossible." The tone of her voice was demeaning as if I was incapable to describe what I saw. She gave me a new set of two key cards. Her body language was clearly communicating that I was a bother to her. I went back up to my room and tried to open the door with the new key cards, and the result was identical: the red and green lights flashed up and down and did not unlock the door. I went back down to the front desk again, and told her that the same happened with the new key card. I asked whether I can speak to a manager since I did not want to be treated as if I was a bother to her again. She told me there was no manager on site and that she would call the engineer. She made a phone call, and, without saying a word, she went right back to what she was doing - typing. She did not even look at me or say a word about what I should expect now that she had called the engineer, whether the engineer was on his way or how soon. It was clear from her demeanor that she wanted me to know I was a bother to her. I asked what I should expect, and she told me that the engineer was on his way. I answered back, "Thank you for telling me what to expect." During the entire interaction, there was not a word of apology from her for the two sets of unresponsive key cards. I felt that somehow it was my fault that it happened. The engineer showed up shortly and we went back up to the room to try to open the door with the keys that I used the second time.
