A blend of bistro-style and casual design sets the tone at this steakhouse where the chef focuses on utilizing New England regional farms and gardens. The menu changes seasonally, but a few of my favorites include yellow fin tuna tartare and the George's Bank fish sandwich (which could be haddock or cod). Guests can opt to sit in the dining room with a view of the kitchen, the lively bar or the Great Room with cozy seating.
