Comfortable but frustrating.
Pros: 1. Property is called the Freepoint Hotel. 2. Building is all new, beautifully appointed. 3. Staff is desperately in need of management. 4. Appearances not withstanding, there is no restaurant service in this hotel. None. 5. The price is astronomical.
Cons: Woefully untrained and understaffed.
