Pros: Well-located to Harvard's campus. We sometimes stay at the Sheraton Commander, where if you are a Starwood member, you will receive more benefits and a VIP lounge that is stocked with family-friendly food and a big screen TV all day and night. The Charles' suites don't have vents in the small (and I mean small!) bedroom so the nights were very hot when the AC didn't work at full strength This caused us to have poor sleep nights. The suite feels more like a room than a suite. Aside from Henrietta's, I would rather stay at the Sheraton Commander. The Charles needs some modernizing around the property. I hope that will be done soon.
Cons: The air conditioning in the bedroom of the suite, long waits for room service (an hour), and no coffee makers standard with any room. Very expensive.
